Multiple Pathways to Recovery Night
Multiple Pathways to Recovery Night is an open recovery group for adults seeking support for mental health, substance use, and family or relational impacts. This group explores a variety of recovery approaches and emphasizes choice, shared experience, and respectful dialogue.

Dual Diagnosis Anonymous
Dual Diagnosis Anonymous is a peer led, 12 step informed recovery group for adults living with both mental health challenges and substance use or other addictive behaviors. The group recognizes that recovery often involves addressing both conditions together through honesty, shared experience, and mutual support, while honoring that recovery may include therapy, medication, and community based care.

DBSA (Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance)
DBSA is a peer led, mutual support group for adults living with depression, bipolar disorder, and related mood conditions. The group provides a structured, nonjudgmental space to share experiences, build insight, and support one another in managing mental health over time. DBSA recognizes that recovery may include peer support, professional treatment, medication, and self directed coping strategies.

DBSA and All Recovery Saturday Support Group
This peer led group brings together DBSA and all recovery principles to support adults living with mental health challenges, substance use, process addictions, grief, and life transitions. The group honors multiple recovery pathways and emphasizes connection, choice, and shared learning in a respectful environment.
